Terms and Conditions
Privacy & Distribution•Frequent contact with the client will be made to make sure the commission meets the specifications.
•Commission will be publicly posted (e.g. Instagram, Facebook etc.) unless it is agreed upon that it will stay private.
•Taking credit for creating the artwork is prohibited.
•Using the artwork as an NFT is strictly prohibited.
•The artwork cannot be used for commercial purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.
Payment & Refunds•Payments will be done on PayPal and on PAYPAL ONLY for the time being.
•The final product will not be delivered until the payment has been fulfilled.
•30%-50% of the full payment must be provided before the artist starts the process after the sketch.
•There will be no refunds if the artwork is completed and the client refuses to complete the payment.
•If ever the client wishes to cancel their commission while it is in the making (i.e. after finalizing the sketch), only 50% of the deposit will be returned.
•If a deposit has been made but the artist is unable to complete the commission then a full refund will be issued regardless of whether the artist has started making the commission or not.
Process & Delivery•It is recommended to do the major changes and decisions during the making of the sketch.
•Revisions made after finalizing the sketch should be minor otherwise, additional fees will be added to the full payment.
•The commissions will take 1-3 weeks to complete. Rushed artworks will cost more.
•Artwork will be delivered through a Google Drive link or by e-mail if it is possible.
